Associate Members share many of the benefits of our regular members. Often, individuals may choose to apply for Associate Membership if they fit into any of the following categories:

Ethical dentists whose primary practice locations are not located in the jurisdiction of this society, but who are members in good standing of their component societies and who are members in good standing of the ODA and the ADA
Allied health professionals (i.e. Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Dental Lab owners and personnel, etc.)
Non-dentists who are contributing to the advancement or teaching of dentistry

Associate Member Terms:

As an Associate member of the Medina County Dental Society you shall have the privileges of active membership to include: - Right to receive a certificate of membership annually for a fee (optional) - Right to attend all sessions - Right to receive or access all society communications - Right to any other services as are provided by the Society Associate membership EXCLUDES the following: - Right to vote - Right to hold office - Right to serve on committees - Right to be included on the Society Referral List

Terms Acknowledgment:

I understand the above information and would like to be considered for Associate Membership in the Medina County Dental Society. If my application is accepted, I will be responsible for an initial membership fee of $75.00 made payable to Medina County Dental Society. To remain an active Associate Member, I will be responsible for paying annual dues thereafter.
